Printed Charity Christmas Cards is a trading name of Colwells Enterprises Limited, company number 02445590. Our registered office is Eastway Enterprise Centre, Paynes Park, Hitchin, England, SG5 1EH.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Colwells Enterprises Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, order information, card personalisation details and the contents of messages or enquiries you send to us.
When you use the website, our hosting provider may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and server log information. This is used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
We currently do not use advertising, social-media or analytics tracking cookies on the public website.
WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, supply brochures, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, manage the website and business records, prevent misuse or fraud, and meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Our legal bases for this processing are performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business and website, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where this is required.
MARKETING
We will not add you to email marketing simply because you make an enquiry or place an order. If we invite you to receive marketing communications, you can choose whether to receive them and can opt out at any time.
WHO WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We may share the minimum information necessary with our website hosting provider, carefully selected printing or fulfilment suppliers where this is necessary to produce or deliver an order, professional advisers, insurers, regulators or authorities where required by law, and a secure payment provider when online payments are enabled.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. When online payment is enabled, card details will be entered directly with the secure payment provider.
The holding page uses Google Fonts to display the website typeface. When your browser loads that font, it may connect to Google and provide technical information such as your IP address. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep enquiry and brochure-request information for up to two years, unless a longer period is needed to deal with an ongoing enquiry or legal issue.
We keep order, delivery and related business records for up to seven years where required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
We keep technical logs only for as long as reasonably needed for website security, troubleshooting and administration, in line with our hosting provider's retention arrangements.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have rights to ask for access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask for deletion in some circumstances, ask us to restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
